#BlackLivesMatter

as a company founded on supporting and fostering self-worth, it is important to us we share how worthy is taking action in the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

we know that it won't be an easy path forward. that being said, we're committed to denouncing racial injustice and affecting change towards a more just and equitable world by supporting our internal teams, our partners, and making continued financial and time contributions to organizations advancing inclusivity and racial equality.

here are the steps we took in June 2020:

  • as members of J.E.D.I.* (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) Collaborative, an OSC2 natural products industry collaborative, we have signed the American Sustainable Business Council’s statement confronting racism.
  • 10% of all online sales from the week of June 3rd were donated to the NAACP** Legal Defense Fund.
  • we will be donating a percentage of proceeds from our online sales this Pride month to True Colors Fund***, an organization focused on helping LGBTQ youth including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) youth.

this is not the last we will do as a company.

we recognize the conversation around racial equality must sustain and also be more inclusive. now is the time to engage and participate, and we encourage and look forward to hearing input and ideas from our worthy family, as well as sharing updates as we move forward together.

join #theworthymovement and together we can help change the world.

we are all worthy,

Sarah & Nydia
